Registration open for Osher classes in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and in Mindfulness Facilitation

The Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Vanderbilt will be offering the VUMC community a group therapy class, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as well as its Professional Development in Mindfulness Facilitation (PDMF) course.

Classes for MBSR run from Sept. 9 to Nov. 4, from 5:30 - 8 p.m. They are facilitated by Michelle Foote-Pearce, via Zoom. 

The PDMF classes will meet on Fridays and Saturdays online from 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on the following dates: Sept. 10-11, Oct. 1-2, Nov. 12-13, and Dec. 3-4.
